tldr: Shaped Underground Sea, 20% quality, 20%+ pack size, 2 sextants, perma-elder influence. You can technically sustain with just 20%+ pack size, 1 sextant and perma-elder. Go fast as you can, try not to pick up too much useless shit, and have a dump tab to minimize time in hideout between maps. Use Zana mods if you have chaos to spare - bloodlines/harbingers for map sustain, beyond for exp (especially if you have headhunter).
Level 100 Reached on 4/19/2018
I ended up using a different setup than what was shown in the video. Basically I had a QotF, watcher's eye with grace movement speed, a perfectly rolled Alchemist's Jade Flask of Reflexes (instead of basalt) and a Headhunter. I also specced into quick step on the passive tree. This was to maximize my clear speed. I didn't need to do this but it saved me a few extra days of repetitive grinding.

- T1-T9 - All completed.
- T10 - Shaped Haunted Mansion (if you ever run out of UGS, run this map to refill maps. The density and layout is very good as well). Alternatively, shape Maze instead and vendor 3 shaped maze for 1 underground sea.
- T11-12 - Shaped Underground Sea (All T11-12 map drops are Underground Sea).
- T13 - Shaped Shore (All T13-14 map drops are Shore. Armoury is the best density and layout but unfortunately not within my elder ring otherwise I recommend Armoury instead).
- T15+ All completed.

Why Underground Sea? It is one of the few red maps that a white sextant can reach which can save you some money in the long run. It also has very good density and the layout isn't too bad once you've figured it out.
Furthermore, a T11 map is still quite easy to sustain even with minimal investment so there will be no shortage of maps. If you want to move to higher tier maps, I recommend T12 Shaped Tribunal, T13 Shaped Armoury, T14 Shaped Waste Pool/Estuary, and T15 Shaped Siege.
I am currently lvl 98 but I think this is what I'll be doing until lvl 100. As expected it's really grindy, so listen to some good tunes or a podcast or watch a streamer/show on another monitor or something. The key is to go fast, so find a map that has good mob density, decent layout, and your build can clear it in under 2 mins hopefully.
To sustain money I am just selling my jewellers and fusings for chaos and buying sextants + chisels. If I need to I will also sell regrets, vaals, basically any currency I am not using. Alchs sustain themselves due to windripper MF, and underground sea frequently drops div cards that give you alchs so anybody can gain alchs running this map.
I am also actively trying to ID and sell uniques with high rolls or decent jewellery. If I really need to I will convert some exalts to chaos, or just spend a day doing chaos recipe. Also I completely forgot about selling beasts. There are lots of beasts you can sell for 5-10c easily. Capture all legendary beasts and ones with the craicic presence mod, as they are used for lots of high-tier beastcrafting.
If you have MF gear you can easily sustain money but I almost died a few times which is a big no-no even in softcore if you're pushing for 100. So yeah, no sadima's or goldwyrm even though I really want to. :(
