What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. I bring this up because I get a lot of questions about this topic and to be honest with you, I’m not surprised. In fact, statistics show that this “medical condition”, is on the rise. Over the past 3 decades, gynecomastia has increased by 57%1 - which is crazy if you think about it. So if you have “gyno” - regardless of how small or big - you’re not alone because having gynecomastia is actually quite common these days. About 60% of boys get it during puberty 2 37% of men in their 30’s and 40’s have it 2 and a whopping 70% of men age 50 and older have it.2 Now, most people think the real cause is high estrogen. Yes, estrogen is definitely a major problem… However, the REAL cause is actually having low testosterone and more specifically, an imbalance in hormones - primarily between testosterone AND estrogen. Thus, the “ratio” is more in favor of estrogens, than testosterone. For example, you can have low estrogen and still get gynecomastia, IF your testosterone is ALSO low. So ideally you want HIGH testosterone and LOW estrogen. Guys with gyno actually have the opposite, LOW testosterone and HIGH estrogen - the ratio is backwards. But here’s where things get interesting and actually, really bad for guys who have man-boobs. So listen carefully… As your estrogen levels increase, your body tells your testicles to produce LESS testosterone. So, that’s bad news #1 What’s worse is that the body’s natural estrogen inhibitor,... the way your body tries to naturally lower estrogen internally, …. is by increasing the hormone - Dihydrotestosterone, also known as DHT… Which is a primary cause of balding and excess body hair (back, shoulders, etc.)!!! That’s bad news #2 So guys with gyno have More estrogen - more body fat, depression, etc. Less testosterone - smaller muscle, lower sex drive, etc. Higher DHT - balding, body hair, etc. But get this, the bad news continues… Because there’s another major hormonal imbalance typically seen with “man-boob” guys -- higher levels of the stress hormone, Cortisol … which further DECREASES testosterone levels even more, causing an even HIGHER ratio of estrogen, so on and so forth. That’s bad news #3 So the bad news keeps getting worse. The negative hormonal imbalances cause even bigger imbalances as you age and also as you get fatter,... which is further enhanced BY the hormonal imbalances. Simply stated, you’re kinda “screwed”. Which explains why it’s so much harder for you to gain muscle or lose fat … and why your sex drive keeps going lower ... and you lose more and more muscle every year. And basically, your aging and getting older, at a FASTER rate. So listen… I can go on and on about this topic because it also causes higher cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, erectile problems, etc., etc. But by now I hope you get the point. So, let’s QUICKLY talk about solutions. Surgery Some people need to have surgery to remove the gyno. This is fine, especially if yours is big. Make sure you find an EXPERIENCED doctor who has done this surgery dozens and hundreds of times. However, regardless of the surgery, you still MUST improve your hormonal imbalance - which includes 3-4 solutions: Reduce Estrogen/Female Hormones First, you need to reduce your estrogen levels. This is done by Losing Fat: This is because fat cells increase estrogen levels. Eat Better Lots of foods increase estrogen -- such as soy products and animal protein, primarily because of all the hormones in the foods. For example, chick eat soy products and that gets into the chicken and then into you -- even the “organic, free range” junk So you need to eat more vegetables and healthy fats - such as coconut, nuts, seeds, avocados and so forth. Positive Effects As far as the positive effects for HEALTHY men taking steroids - thus, not people who are sick or ill (AIDS or other wasting diseases), the only real positive effects for doing a cycle of steroids is that it will actually help you surpass your natural genetics. Or more accurately, help you get to your “limit”, much faster. And thus, after the cycle, you’ll actually be able to KEEP some of the “newly” grown “steroid-induced” muscle growth. For example, you’ll gain 20 lbs of muscle on your 12 week cycle. You’ll end up losing 12 lbs and keep about 8 lbs of muscle. This is NEW muscle that would have taken you years to gain, but you fast forwarded the results and grew it all in 3 months. However, this is assuming you do everything correctly -- during and more importantly, AFTER your cycle. Which is another topic, for a different day. This is the only REAL benefit. Now, let’s move on the negatives. Transient, Short-Term Side Effects There are lots of short-term negative effects that will come and go. Acne - some will get them, some won’t - it depends on genetics, your diet, hygiene and the TYPE of steroids you take. These will go away after your cycle. However, if you pick at them, they can leave acne scars and that’s the only “permanent” negatives. Liver Stress - Your liver will be under extra stress with steroids, mainly the orals. Again, after your cycle, your liver enzymes will go back to normal. Fatigue - many steroid will initially give you more energy. But over time, they can decrease your energy levels, especially the orals. High Cholesterol - Almost all steroids will cause negative effects on your lipid levels. Orals are the worst, but so are most injectables that don’t convert to estrogen. Needless to say, your lipid and cholesterol levels will go back to normal after the cycle. High Blood Pressure - Like cholesterol, this will go back to normal after your cycle. HOWEVER, if it’s elevated too much, for too long - you might get a stroke and it could cause renal and kidney problems. Which can result in kidney failure and dialysis. This does happen, so keep an eye on your blood pressure. Long-Term, Permanent Side Effects Hair Loss - Now, this is a real problem that NOBODY wants. However, this is caused by genetics and the type of steroids you take. Needless to say, even people with the best genetics, will lose hair when you take high doses of steroids, especially certain ones … for long periods of time. Testicular Shrinkage - ALL steroids will cause this. There are ways around this, but it’s too complicated to get into in this video. They will grow back after your cycle. Infertility - did you know that the male birth control is steroids, specifically testosterone and also nandrolone based steroids? This is because exogenous testosterone (from the OUTSIDE) causes your testicles to shrink and thus, stop producing sperm. However, I started getting a lot of private emails and questions from guys who are dealing with the opposite issue - which is about today’s topic of, Premature Ejaculation. And the basic definition of premature ejaculation is when a guy ejaculates either before or shortly after sexual penetration or anything sexual (hand or oral). And the main issue is that there’s minimal sexual stimulation and thus, the end result is dissatisfaction by BOTH partners. Basically, you “came” way too early. Most guys don’t feel “manly” because of this. They feel they have no control over it. They’re embarrassed and ashamed and at the same time, very worried that their partner is just going to NOT have sex with them again... and will go find someone who can “last longer” and isn’t called a “minute man”. By the way, this “problem” affects guys of all ages, but typically younger guys. And the cause is BOTH physical and psychological and I’ll address both and give you PROVEN solutions, including a surprise “fix” that I discovered by accident a few years ago… and I’ll tell you about that in minute, near the end of this video. So let’s get started with the 5 proven solutions: 1. Practice Practice trying to last longer. Assuming you masturbate, as you bring yourself close to an orgasim, STOP… And tightly pinch the head of your penis for a few seconds and that’ll usually send a signal to your penis to pause and stop the ejaculation. It’ll reverse the blood flow. If you’re thinking “how many seconds to I pinch”, it depends on the person. But at least 5-10 seconds… The goal here it so stop and reverse the blood flow. 2. Non Sexual Thoughts Next thing you can do when you’re getting close to an orgasim, is to think about something else… non-sexual thoughts. Think about cars, playing sports, work, cooking or my favorite - your parents! Hehe… this will typically kill the mood for anyone. Remember, your brain is the most powerful sexual organ in the body. Stop focusing on the pleasure and almost detach yourself from the situation. Again, just long enough to tell your penis to STOP getting so excited. You don’t want to go overboard or else you may go limp. Again, as you’re getting close to an orgasm, stop focusing on how good it feels and start thinking about non-sexual thoughts. 3. Focus On Your Partner Speaking of thinking about something else - I want you to focus on your partner. Your only goal should be to pleasure her…. Kiss her, touch and massage her… play with her breasts and nipples… and really get her “warmed up”. Then, focus on giving her an orgasm … but withOUT your penis. Give her oral sex and use your tongue. Don’t forget your fingers, use them as well. … I can go on and on about this topic and maybe I will in a future video, if see a lot of questions about it. Simply stated, make sure you give her at least ONE orgasm, preferably more. THEN, you can go ahead and have sex with her. At this point, IF you came too early again - she’s at least been satisfied and has had an orgasm or two. PLUS, this will reduce the pressure and stress you put on yourself, so you can relax more and use the other tactics I’ve mentioned so far. 4. Masturbate First If you know you’re going to have sex, masturbate BEFORE. For example, if you’ve got a date that night and you think you might get lucky, masturbate and have an orgasim, a few hours before the date. 5. Improve Your Neurotransmitters Finally, you want to improve your neurotransmitters.
