US Top Secret Aircraft Invincible Spacecraft | Military Stealth aircraft are designed to avoid detection using a variety of stealth technologies that reduce reflection/emission of radar, infrared,[1] visible light, radio-frequency (RF) spectrum, and audio, collectively known as stealth technology.[2] Development of stealth technology likely began in Germany during World War II, the prototyped Horten Ho 229 powered by twin BMW 003 jet engines being described as the first stealth aircraft.[3] Well-known modern examples of stealth of U.S. aircraft include the United States' F-117 Nighthawk (1981–2008), the B-2 Spirit, the F-22 Raptor,[4] and the F-35 Lightning II. U.S. Classified Black Budget Aircraft / Secret Space Program Michael Schratt

01:28:19
Military Aerospace historian Michael Schratt gives brief overview of black budget and classified aircraft that have been developed by the United States. Mr. Schratt himself is a private pilot and aerospace draftsman with many contacts dealing with classified “black programs”. The presentation starts out citing comment found in President Reagan's Diary. The entry for Tuesday, June 11, 1985 (page 334) reads: -Lunch with 5 top space scientist. It was fascinating. Space truly is the last frontier and some of the developments there in astronomy etc. are like science fiction, except they are real. I learned that our shuttle capacity is such that we could orbit 300 people. Also a quote from Neil Armstrong at the Apollo 11 25th Anniversary in 1994‬ “Today we have with us a group of students, among America’s best. To you we say we have only completed a beginning. We leave you much that is undone. There are great ideas undiscovered, breakthroughs available to those who can remove one of the truth’s protective layers. There are places to go beyond belief. Those challenges are yours–in many fields, not the least of which is space, because there lies human destiny.” Furthermore Mr. Schratt breakdown the existence of two space programs NASA (public relations smoke screen) and the other ASAF Space Command aka “Solar Warden” Mr. Schratt asks the question if the Rockwell star-raker go operational Provides overview of A-12 Avenger II / AX12 Avenger “The Flying Dorito” between f-117 & B2 in size, developed jointly by McDonald Douglas and General Dynamics designed to replace A-6 intruded as an all weather attack aircraft. America is developing a pair of two new high-tech fighter aircraft

02:44
America is developing a pair of two new high-tech fighter aircraft, and you probably haven’t heard much about them. Under the leadership of Defense Secretary Jim Mattis, the Pentagon has clamped down on talking about cutting-edge capabilities in development. Nevertheless, some details have emerged about the ongoing programs, one each from the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Navy. And in light of European plans for new fighter designs, it is worth revisiting what is, and isn’t, known about the American efforts.

TR 3B Aurora Secret Plane | Top-Secret US Air Force Black Triangle

04:05
TR 3B Aurora Secret Plane | Top-Secret US Air Force Black Triangle Visit Us: https://www.matrixdisclosure.com Song: Fredji - Blue Sky (Vlog No Copyright Music) Music provided by Vlog No Copyright Music. Video Link: https://youtu.be/Hf6vHY0lQTI TR-3B, evolves at high altitude, invisible (using STEALTH technology), being a recognition platform with indefinite flying time. Once it arrives at high speed, it does not need much propulsion to maintain altitude. At Groom Lake, rumors came of a new element that acts as a plasma catalyst. With the weight of the vehicle reduced by 89%, it can travel by 9 Mach (9 times the speed of sound, approx. 10,000 km / h, ) either vertically or horizontally. Some sources say performance is limited only by pilots’ biological limitations. There are many, considering that the mass is reduced by 89%, and G-forces (gravity.) Are also reduced by 89%. The TR-3B propulsion is provided by three multi-mode propellers mounted at each lower corner of the triangular platform. TR-3B moves below Mach 9 to climb 120,000 meters (120 Km), then God knows how fast it can move. The three multimode rocket engines mounted under each corner of the platform, use hydrogen or methane and oxygen for propulsion. In a rocket system that uses hydrogen and liquid oxygen, 85% of the propulsion provides oxygen. The nuclear missile engine uses a liquid-oxygenated thermal propellant for additional power. The reactor heats up liquid hydrogen and injects liquid oxygen through supersonic nozzles so that hydrogen burns at the same time as liquid oxygen. The multimodal propulsion system can operate in the atmosphere, with the propulsion provided by the nuclear reactor, in the upper atmosphere with hydrogen propulsion, and in the combined hydrogen/oxygen propulsion. What you have to remember is that the 3 rocket engines propel only 11% of TR-3B’s Top Secret mass. Engines are built by Rockwell. Observation of triangular UFOs means they are not necessarily extraterrestrial, but top secret – TR-3B. NSA, NRO, CIA, and USAF played a shell game with the nomenclature of these aircraft.

Lockheed Martin's mysterious SR-72 — the fastest plane ever

01:45
In 2013, Lockheed Martin announced development of the successor to the SR-71 Blackbird spy plane. The SR-71 was capable of reaching speeds over three times the speed of sound, and the SR-72 is intended to have even more impressive specs. Following is a transcript of the video. The SR-72 is the successor to the SR-71 Blackbird spy plane, which was the fastest plane to ever exist. Built by Lockheed Martin in the 1960s, the SR-71 could reach speeds exceeding Mach 3 (above 2,200 mph). That's over 3 times faster than the speed of sound. The recon jets went out of service in 1998. Development of the SR-72 was announced in 2013. It will be headed by "Skunk Works," Lockheed's advanced development program. Lockheed calls the SR-72 a "game changer." The jet will be an unmanned hypersonic aircraft. Lockheed claims it will reach speeds topping Mach 6 — over 4,500 mph — and they also want the jet to do more than just recon missions, including the ability to strike targets. Experts say the jet could reach anywhere in the world within an hour. Rumors of sightings have flooded the internet. Recently, an unmanned aircraft was seen at a Skunk Works facility. Reports say it could have been an early test for the SR-72. Lockheed confirmed plans to fly a research vehicle in the early 2020s. If all goes well, it may not be long before the fastest plane ever hits the skies. -------------------------------------------------- Follow BI Video on Twitter: http://bit.ly/1oS68Zs Follow BI on Facebook: http://bit.ly/1W9Lk0n Read more: http://www.businessinsider.com/ -------------------------------------------------- Business Insider is the fastest growing business news site in the US. Some of the documentaries are made just to discredit some particular person, party, organization, system etc, but most of them here on TDF are non biased, without prejudice and worth watching.
MOST Advanced Fighter Aircraft In The World

09:02
From top secret stealth fighters, to vertical landing jets, these are the MOST Advanced Fighter Aircraft ! HEY YOU ! There are more awesome videos being made every week, like and subscribe to World Unearthed so you don't miss a beat ! "The appearance of U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) visual information does not imply or constitute DoD endorsement." 7.Eurofighter Typhoon | EU 6. F-35 | USA www.dvidshub.net/video/576407 www.dvidshub.net/video/580864 www.dvidshub.net/video/531568 www.dvidshub.net/video/476198 The Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II family of fighter aircraft was developed in the early 2000’s. It all started with the X-35, a prototype for the Joint Strike Fighter program from the 1990s. The first official flight of the F-35 was in December of 2006, since then, the U.S. Military plans to order more than 2,500 aircraft, and worldwide, the aircraft will be available to all these countries. When I say this I mean that the F-35 will be produced until 2037 and has been projected to be in service until 2070. Crazy right? It's not cheap either, the jets cost between $94 million to $122 million each. There are 3 main variants, The F-35 A, B and C. Each model has specific use cases, but they all come equipped with these futuristic helmets that have Heads Up Displays. As it turns out all that experience in Battlefield might be worth something in the future ! The F-35A is the lightest and smallest version, but it does have a 25mm cannon internal cannon ready to go. During development, it was expected to replace the A-10 Warthog, but that doesn’t seem likely anymore. The F-35B is the STOVL variant, in other words, short takeoff and vertical landing. Yes. Vertical landing. Check this video out, aaand plop, there it goes. Finally, the F-35C will be primarily used by the U.S. Navy, thus it is called the “carrier” variant. 5.Sukhoi Su-57 | RUSSIA 4. Chengdu J-20 | CHINA Introduced in 2017, this all weather fighter took its first flight in January 2011, it will be the main air superiority fighter of the Chinese military and it is believed to already be in service. Each unit costs about $110 million and right now, there are 20 plus J-20s in use by the Chinese. The stealth characteristics of the J-20 resemble the shaping and design of the American F-22, which we will cover later on. The first official test flight occurred at the same time that the United States Secretary of Defense was visiting the country, some people took that as a show of power, but the director of the NSA, James Clapper, said that the United States had known about the J-20 program for years and the test flight was not a surprise. There were other bad rumors surrounding the Chinese program, including a report that stated hackers retrieved information from the F-35 Lightning II project, which might have helped in the production of the J-20. 3. Mitsubishi X-2 Shinshin | JAPAN 2.F-22 Raptor | USA www.dvidshub.net/video/481165 www.dvidshub.net/video/150832 www.dvidshub.net/video/508041 Possibly the most controversial aircraft on this list is the F-22 Raptor, it took its first flight in September 1997 and at the insane cost of $150 million per unit, it has had its issues. Lockheed Martin started development of the Raptor in 1986 and by 2005, the F-22 Raptor was ready for combat use ! As I mentioned earlier, the F-22 is banned from export under U.S. law, since it contains top secret technology that cannot fall into the wrong hands. In 2006, the Raptors need was challenged, some people believed there was a lack of relevant adversaires for the fighter jet, thus there was no reason to produce anymore of them. Ultimately the F-22 Raptor was limited to a production cap of 187 aircraft, some government officials believe that 187 units is not enough to defend against rising threats from China and Russia. The F-22 is praised for its stealth technology and it is believed to be years ahead of previous stealth fighters like the F-117.However, there have been serious issues with the aircraft. Six Raptors undertook their first overseas deployment in 2007, and suffered major system failures when crossing the 180th Meridian, known as the International Date Line. The aircraft had to return to a Hawaiian base by following tanker aircraft. Pilots have experienced loss of consciousness and memory loss during flights, mostly due to oxygen supply disruptions. Since 2011, lockheed martin has worked on fixing the problems. 1.Sixth Gen Fighters

WORST NIGHTMARE Future Russian Military Aircraft Technology to challenge US Military Power

12:44
A great video on future military Aircraft Technology for the Russian Military. SUPPORT SOUTH FRONT: PayPal: [email protected], http://southfront.org/donate/ or via: https://www.patreon.com/southfront An aircraft is a machine that is able to fly by gaining support from the air. It counters the force of gravity by using either static lift or by using the dynamic lift of an airfoil,[1] or in a few cases the downward thrust from jet engines. Common examples of aircraft include airplanes, helicopters, airships (including blimps), gliders, and hot air balloons.[2] The human activity that surrounds aircraft is called aviation. Crewed aircraft are flown by an onboard pilot, but unmanned aerial vehicles may be remotely controlled or self-controlled by onboard computers. Aircraft may be classified by different criteria, such as lift type, aircraft propulsion, usage and others. Fixed-wing[edit] An Airbus A380, the world's largest passenger airliner Main article: fixed-wing aircraft The forerunner of the fixed-wing aircraft is the kite. Whereas a fixed-wing aircraft relies on its forward speed to create airflow over the wings, a kite is tethered to the ground and relies on the wind blowing over its wings to provide lift. Kites were the first kind of aircraft to fly, and were invented in China around 500 BC. Much aerodynamic research was done with kites before test aircraft, wind tunnels, and computer modelling programs became available. The first heavier-than-air craft capable of controlled free-flight were gliders. A glider designed by Cayley carried out the first true manned, controlled flight in 1853. Practical, powered, fixed-wing aircraft (the aeroplane or airplane) were invented by Wilbur and Orville Wright. Besides the method of propulsion, fixed-wing aircraft are in general characterized by their wing configuration. The most important wing characteristics are: Number of wings – Monoplane, biplane, etc. Wing support – Braced or cantilever, rigid, or flexible. Wing planform – including aspect ratio, angle of sweep, and any variations along the span (including the important class of delta wings). Location of the horizontal stabilizer, if any. Dihedral angle – positive, zero, or negative (anhedral). A variable geometry aircraft can change its wing configuration during flight. A flying wing has no fuselage, though it may have small blisters or pods. The opposite of this is a lifting body, which has no wings, though it may have small stabilizing and control surfaces. Wing-in-ground-effect vehicles are not considered aircraft. They "fly" efficiently close to the surface of the ground or water, like conventional aircraft during takeoff. An example is the Russian ekranoplan (nicknamed the "Caspian Sea Monster"). Man-powered aircraft also rely on ground effect to remain airborne with a minimal pilot power, but this is only because they are so underpowered—in fact, the airframe is capable of flying higher. Rotorcraft[edit] An autogyro Main article: Rotorcraft Rotorcraft, or rotary-wing aircraft, use a spinning rotor with aerofoil section blades (a rotary wing) to provide lift. Types include helicopters, autogyros, and various hybrids such as gyrodynes and compound rotorcraft. Helicopters have a rotor turned by an engine-driven shaft. The rotor pushes air downward to create lift. By tilting the rotor forward, the downward flow is tilted backward, producing thrust for forward flight. Some helicopters have more than one rotor and a few have rotors turned by gas jets at the tips. Autogyros have unpowered rotors, with a separate power plant to provide thrust. The rotor is tilted backward. As the autogyro moves forward, air blows upward across the rotor, making it spin. This spinning increases the speed of airflow over the rotor, to provide lift. Rotor kites are unpowered autogyros, which are towed to give them forward speed or tethered to a static anchor in high-wind for kited flight. Cyclogyros rotate their wings about a horizontal axis. Compound rotorcraft have wings that provide some or all of the lift in forward flight. They are nowadays classified as powered lift types and not as rotorcraft. Tiltrotor aircraft (such as the V-22 Osprey), tiltwing, tailsitter, and coleopter aircraft have their rotors/propellers horizontal for vertical flight and vertical for forward flight.

MOST Insane Military Aircraft In The World

13:15
The top most insane military aircraft in the world! These jets, choppers, and shuttles are the craziest and most advanced flying vehicles the worlds' militaries have to offer. From fifth-generation fighter jets to experimental space planes, today we look at the MOST Insane Military Aircraft In The World. #9 Boeing EA-18G Growler The most advanced modern method of airborne electronic attack, the EA-18G Growler is a source of military support in the field. This plane safeguards strike aircrafts thanks to its ability to tactically jam and protect electronics during hazardous missions. Thanks in part to powerful afterburners, the maximum speed of the Growler is a whopping 1,190 miles per hour or Mach 1.8. The EA-18G typically isn’t weighed down by heavy machinery as its normal payloads consist of external fuel tanks, jamming pods, and some missiles. A larger jet, the Growler has room for a single pilot and a weapons system officer, despite being equipped with minimal projectile weapons. Regardless of equipped self-defense capabilities, though, pilots of this plane tend to be more concerned with matters of disruption and radar-tampering. #8 Lockheed Martin X-59 QueSST One of the latest projects of the United States X-planes, a category assigned to experimental planes under development for the U.S. government, the X-59 Quiet Supersonic Transport, or QueSST for short, was devised to test the potential for supersonic transport. Lockheed Martin won the design contract to build this aircraft in 2016 with an extensive time table for building, testing and reporting the results of scale models beforehand. Earlier this year, NASA awarded them with a $247.5 million contract to continue with the project and go on to fully design, construct and deliver the plane by 2021. The sharp-looking, needle-nosed aircraft is meant to work as a low-boom flight demonstrator as its expected to have a ground noise of about 60 decibels. That’s only one one-thousandth the volume of a current supersonic plane. The QueSST’s long, narrow frame plays a large part in this process as it keeps the shock waves generated by the supersonic speeds from coalescing. Though still in its early stages of development, the quest to create a speedy yet silent aircraft looks optimistic with the X-59!

The U.S. Military Has One Super Plane

08:32
latest news The U S Military Has One Super Plane The B-2 Spirit was developed to take over the USAF's vital penetration missions, able to travel deep into enemy territory to deploy their ordnance, which could include nuclear weapons. The B-2 is a flying wing aircraft, meaning it has no fuselage or tail. The blending of low-observable technologies with high aerodynamic efficiency and large payload gives the B-2 significant advantages over previous bombers. Low observability provides a greater freedom of action at high altitudes, thus increasing both range and field of view for onboard sensors. The U.S. Air Force reports its range as approximately 6,000 nautical miles (6,900 mi; 11,000 km). At cruising altitude the B-2 refuels every six hours, taking on up to 50 short tons (45,000 kg) of fuel at a time. Due to the aircraft's complex flight characteristics and design requirements to maintain very-low visibility to multiple means of detection, both the development and construction of the B-2 required pioneering use of computer-aided design and manufacturing technologies. The B-2 bears a resemblance to earlier Northrop aircraft: the YB-35 and YB-49 were both flying wing bombers that had been canceled in development in the early 1950s, allegedly for political reasons. The resemblance goes as far as B-2 and YB-49 having the same wingspan. As of September 2013 about 80 pilots fly the B-2. Each aircraft has a crew of two, a pilot in the left seat and mission commander in the right, and has provisions for a third crew member if needed. For comparison, the B-1B has a crew of four and the B-52 has a crew of five. The B-2 is highly automated and, unlike most two-seat aircraft, one crew member can sleep in a camp bed, use a toilet, or prepare a hot meal while the other monitors the aircraft; extensive sleep cycle and fatigue research was conducted to improve crew performance on long sorties. The total world spending on military force in 2014 is more than $1.7 billion as estimated by some experts. National rivalries, arms races and breakthroughs in weapons development all mean the final bill a nation is expected to pay only gets bigger and bigger. The USA spends around $600 billion a year on its military. Not only is that three to four times more than the next closest spender – China – that’s also more than the next several highest spenders added together. The War on Terror, regular upgrades to weapons systems and the ongoing competition with China and Russia all fuel this massive spending spree. Indeed, many nations on this planet have some sort of military rivalry with a neighbor which fuels spending and development of large armed forces. With the burgeoning increase of advanced technological aid being used in armed combat, here is a list of ten of the top-secret advanced military weapons that have been previously utilized in times of conflict. 1. INTERCONTINENTAL BALLISTIC MISSILE Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs) are a major nuclear deterrent and only a few nations possess the technology to launch such long-range weaponry. With R-36M (SS-18 Satan) as the world's longest range Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) with a range of 16,000km. With a weight of 8.8t, the R-36M is also the heaviest ICBM in the world. 2. F-22 RAPTOR This secret weapon is currently the only operational fifth generation fighter in the world. The F-22 Raptor is capable of cruising at Mach 1.82 (1,220 miles an hour) without afterburner. It carries up to two AIM-9X short-range and six AIM-120 medium-range anti-aircraft missiles in the fighter role and can carry precision-guided air to ground weapons in the ground attack role, with a stealthy, single-seat fighter with the ground attack, reconnaissance, and electronic warfare capabilities. 3. B-2 SPIRIT Bat-winged B-2 Spirit bomber is one of the deadliest top secret weapons in the world. Originally conceived as a strategic nuclear bomber, the B-2 was modified at the end of the Cold War to also serve as a conventional bomber. The B-2’s ability to penetrate air defense networks, carry up to forty tons of satellite-guided bombs and travel up to 6,000 miles without refueling, make it possibly the most lethal weapon system currently in existence. 4. F-35 LIGHTNING II America’s next generation fighter-bomber meant to replace existing aircraft such as the F-16, F/A-18C, and A-10, is the F-35 Lightning II, with an advanced suite of sensors that add intelligence collection, reconnaissance, and electronic warfare capabilities. 5. POWERFUL ELECTROMAGNETIC RAIL GUN The EM Railgun launcher is a long-range US Military experiment weapon that shoots via electromagnetic power at a speed of 3km/s (1.9m/s). It is a gun that uses just electricity, with no gun powder. It fires projectiles using electricity instead of chemical propellants. Magnetic fields created by high electrical currents accelerate a sliding metal conductor, or armature, between two rails to launch projectiles at 4,500 mph. 6. VIRGINIA-CLASS SUBMARINE The most advanced nuclear submarine weapon in the world is Virginia – class attack submarines first introduced in 2004. The submarines are armed with four torpedo tubes armed with a mixture of Mk.48 guided torpedoes and Sub-Harpoon anti-ship missiles. 7. AUTONOMOUS WEAPONS SYSTEM: THE MILITARY SMARTEST TOYS According to the U.S Department of Defence, “Autonomous Weapons Systems (AWS) are weapon system(s) that, once activated, can select and engage targets without further intervention by a human operator.” It is popularly referred to as the military robot or remote-controlled mobile robots designed for military applications, from search, transport, rescue, and attack. 8. LASER WEAPON SYSTEM (LAWS) Unlike traditional naval guns, Laser Weapon Systems, known as Laws in military jargon, are measured in kilowatts as opposed to caliber. The US Navy develops laser weapon prototype for destroyers. 9. FORD-CLASS AIRCRAFT CARRIERS One of the symbols of American power projection since the end of the Second World War is the aircraft carrier. The American carriers typically displace up to 100,000 tons fully loaded. While Beijing's and other nation’s military power are growing, Washington still retains advantages that make it worthy of the title "superpower.” Thanks for watching, a like will be appreciated

The Horten Ho 229: Secret German Jet-Powered Flying Wing Aircraft of WWII

10:20
Could Germany Have Won WWII with their Secret Stealth Jet Fighter? The Ho 229 Mysteries Revealed. The year is 1945, and Allied forces in WWII come across a hidden German hangar in the woods, and what they discover would spark controversies that continue to this day. The Luftwaffe, the German aerial warfare branch, was secretly developing an aircraft that they believed could help them win the war, led by none other than Hermann Göring. What they find is one of the so-called German Secret Weapons, the Horten Ho 229 V3 prototype, an other-worldly looking jet-powered flying wing aircraft. The Ho229 housed two jet engines, integrated into a sleek flying wing design, and resembled nothing else of the era. In the late stages of WWII, the Americans initiated Operation Paperclip, an effort to capture advanced German weapons research, and keep it from falling into the hands of the advancing Soviet forces. Through operation SeaHorse, the HO-229 was shipped back to the US in 1945, and the Allies removed yet another chess piece from the board of Germany’s high-tech military arsenal. But the story doesn’t end there. In fact it raises some fascinating questions: Was the Ho-229’s sleek design purpose-built to evade radar? Was the Northrop Grumman B-2 Stealth Bomber influenced or even copied from the Horten Ho 229? And what if Germany had achieved production of the 229? Could it have turned the tide, and changed the outcome of the war? The Horten Ho 229 (aka Gotha Go 229) is a very intriguing part of WWII Aviation History, and was a groundbreaking proof of concept, but it was far too early for the aerospace technology of the day, and until flight control computers and fly by wire systems came into their own in the 1970s, it would remain just an unstable dream. The Ho229 was a remarkable glimpse into what the future of stealth aviation could be, and was an Aircraft decades ahead of its time, despite being a World War II German Airplane The radical jet turbine powered flying wing design would have many benefits, and once fly by wire computer systems entered the equation, the advantages could finally be realized. ***** Support us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/twobitdavinci We Love VideoBlocks. The Air Force’s Crazy 747 Aircraft Carrier Concept

10:10
Get the first 2 months of Skillshare for free: https://skl.sh/mustard5 Enjoy over 23,000 classes covering just about anything! It sounds like the stuff of science fiction: A Boeing 747 with an internal hanger loaded with 10 specially designed fighter jets. An on board crew to launch, recover, refuel and rearm the jets while in mid-flight. Sleeping quarters and a crew lounge to ensure that a squadron of 14 fighter pilots and 18 mission specialists stay rested. All of it hurtling forward at Mach 0.85, 35 thousand feet above sea-level. That’s asking a lot from a Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet. But a once classified feasible study prepared for the U.S. Air Force details how it could be done. An Airborne Aircraft Carrying Boeing 747 might have been an overly-ambitious, overly-complex and ham-handed idea from 1970s, but it wasn’t entirely out of left field. The U.S. Military had been experiment with the aerial aircraft carrier concepts for nearly half a century. In the early 1930s, two U.S. Navy airships, the USS Akron and the USS Macon carried up to 5 planes stored inside an internal hangar bay. These airborne aircraft carriers enhanced the Navy’s seaborne scouting ability, and the airships’ onboard planes could be deployed for further scouting or defensive purposes. But both USS Akron and Macon were destroyed in weather related accidents not even 3 years after their introductions, helping to put an end to any future airship-based aircraft carriers. But the experiments continued in the 1940s, this time spurred on by a need to protect long-range intercontinental bombers. A seemingly sensible solution to extending escort fighter range was to have long-range bombers carry escort fighters onboard which could be deployed and recovered when needed. But the promising concept proved far more difficult in reality, with aircraft recovery being a particularly dangerous endeavor. Multiple docking methods were attempted, but only one version using a trapeze mechanism and a full-sized fighter ever saw limited service. By the mid-1950s, aerial refueling had proven itself to be a far more practical and safe solution to extending aircraft range. Yet, the Air Force reexamined the concept again in the early 1970s. This time, spurred on by perceived strategic vulnerabilities to conventional seaborne carriers and the new opportunities brought on the enormous Boeing 747 and Lockheed C-5. 10 Most Insane Secret Weapons In The World ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/vHN6qB For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] Military technology keeps advancing at incredible rates. If you think back to World War II and see the weapons compared to today’s weapons, it’s simply mind-boggling just how far advanced things are becoming, and from the looks of it, warfare is poised to become more dangerous than it ever was. From drones in the sky, drone tanks fitted with incredible weaponry, to small unmanned aircraft that are launched from carriers in the sky! Security clearance has been granted! Check out these insane secret military weapons. Russia’s Nuclear Tsunami Apocalypse Torpedo 'Poseidon' You might have heard of Russia’s new weapon which was called ‘Status-6’ or KANYON. It was once thought that the weapon was a hoax until researchers tracked the development of the system which began in 2008. Drones Recharged by a Laser Could Fly Forever The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has developed a drone that has solar panels that are built into the wings, and batteries in the fuselage. The batteries provide the power, but as they begin to drain, drone operators aim a laser beam at the solar panels which recharge the batteries. China's Giant Ionosphere-Zapping Radar This weapon developed by the Chinese is described as a ‘high-powered incoherent scatter radar’ and is supposed to bounce radio waves off the Earth's high-altitude layer of charged gas called the ionosphere. Project Thor Although this project has some limitation with our current technology, it’s something that is still on the table... we’re talking about a weaponized meteor strike. In the 1950’s a Boeing operations researcher by the name of Jerry Pournelle envisioned a weapons system armed not with conventional munitions or chemical explosives, but massive rods forged from the heavy metal ‘Tungsten’ which would be dropped from sub-orbital heights. Juliet Marine Systems Ghost The GHOST is an advanced super-cavitating stealth ship that reduces hull friction to 1/900th that of conventional watercraft. The Ghost uses a gyro-stabilized dual-pontoon super-cavitating hull that can run at top speed through 10-foot waves. Sea Dragon Weapon The U.S. Navy and an unknown defense contractor are working on a new missile the service says will give its submarines a new, ‘disruptive offensive capability’ to take on enemy ships. It’s called the Sea Dragon but no one is really sure what it is because it’s top secret. Drone Tank Military drones are on the rise and many of you are probably familiar with the unmanned US Predator drones that are equipped with advanced targeting systems and can carry 500-pound bombs and deliver those weapons to the target accurately. Tank-Killing Quadcopter Drone The armed forces of Belarus have demonstrated a new quadcopter drone that can carry a tank-killing rocket launcher which carries an RPG-26 single-shot rocket that is remotely fired by the drone operator. Iron Curtain With the name of ‘Iron Curtain,’ you might think this is a secret Russian military weapon, but it’s not. The U.S. Army is testing a system designed to protect military vehicles smaller than tanks from attacks. Gremlins Aircraft Carriers The idea of an aircraft carrier that operates in the air is not a new idea. And aside from the fictional flying aircraft carrier, the Helicarrier which appeared in the American comic books published by Marvel Comics, it would seem this is an impossible feat. But not so fast. 7 SECRET Military And Government Projects

From TOP SECRET airplane designs, to Cold War Era cover ups, these are 7 SECRET Military and Government Projects. HEY YOU ! There are more awesome videos being made every week, like and subscribe to World Unearthed so you don't miss a beat ! 7. Project Crested Ice | U.S. Air Force 6. Project Aquiline | CIA Would you believe me if I told you that the CIA was testing military drones back in the 70s ? Well, maybe that's a bit exaggerated. Project Aquiline was the CIAs way of finding better, safer ways to spy on people. The prototypes included “fake birds” and fake dragonflies. The biggest one they built measured in at 6 feet long, that's a big bird. Of course, to make things more interesting the drones were built and tested in Area 51, because why not ? The project started off great but by the 2nd year, Mcdonnel Douglass, the contractors tasked with building the drones, were asking for 100+ million dollars… That price was too steep, even for the U.S. Government. By the end of negotiations, the project was canned. But do not think for a second that the CIA doesn’t have fake flying birds all over the world today. 5. Operation Chrome Dome | U.S. Air Force 4. Operation Garden Plot | U.S. Army | Nat. Guard. 3. Operation Washtub | USAF | FBI Seriously kids, the WAS NO JOKE. In the early 1950s the FBI, with the help of the Air Force ensured that there was sleeper cells of spies…. In Alaska. Yes. Alaska. The Feds were worried that in the event of an invasion, Alaska would be lost to the Soviets with no easy way of retaliating. Because the FBI planned for the case scenario, 89 people were given equipment and trained for covert service incase the Ruskies invaded Alaska. The plan remained in until 1959, when Alaska finally became the 49th state of the union. It turns out those 89 people knew how to keep their mouth shut, because we would have never known about this if it wasn’t for a FOIA request in 2014. 2. Project A119 | USAF 1. AMSA | USAF By the late 1960s, the us air force wanted to combine the range and payload of a B-52 with the Mach 2 speeds of the B-58 Hustler. There was numerous studies, designs, and contest between contractors that cost millions of dollars. At one point, the XB-70 was hailed as the next best thing to replace the B-58, but after the introduction of surface to air missiles, the 1.5 billion dollar project… was canceled. The USAF was not done yet though, by 1977, another prototype plane was built. This one, you might be very familiar with, they called it the B-1A. 4 B-1A units were built, however, due to cruise missiles and the work on a new stealth bomber, the Advanced Manned Strategic Aircraft project was… cancelled. In 1981, the program was restarted, and AMSA jokingly became known as “America’s Most Studied Aircraft”. By 1986, the final design version, known as the B-1B, entered service as a nuclear bomber. All 100 units were delivered by 1988 at a general cost of $400 million dollars each, in today’s money. . In the 1990s the plane was converted to conventional bombing use, and by 2036, the B-1B will be… retired. The USAF hopes to replace most active units with the Northrop Grumman B-21 Raider, which started development in 2014. That plane will cost an estimated $560 million per unit. US military admits top secret UAV aircraft data decoded by Iran

01:49
Fast forward to 0:59 for the admission SUBSCRIBE for updates The RQ-170 Sentinel is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) developed by Lockheed Martin and operated by the United States Air Force (USAF) for the Central Intelligence Agency. While the USAF has released few details on the UAV's design or capabilities, defense analysts believe that it is a stealth aircraft fitted with reconnaissance equipment. RQ-170s have been reported as having operated in Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. It has been confirmed that the UAVs have operated over Pakistan and Iran; operations over Pakistan included sorties which collected intelligence before and during the operation which led to the death of Osama bin Laden in May 2011.[2] In December 2011, Iranian armed forces captured an RQ-170 flying over their country. The U.S. military has acknowledged losing an RQ-170 in the region. The UAV shown on Iranian television appears to be the missing American drone. On 13 December 2011, United States news outlets reported that a formal request for Iran to return the UAV had been issued from the United States to Iran. Iran denied the request and demanded an apology.[3][4] The RQ-170 Sentinel was developed by Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works as a stealth Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). Journalists have noted design similarities between the RQ-170 and previous stealth and UAV programs such as the RQ-3 DarkStar and Polecat.[5][6] It is a tailless flying wing aircraft with pods, presumably for sensors or SATCOMs, built into the upper surface of each wing. Few details of the UAV's characteristics have been released, but estimates of its wingspan range from approximately 65 feet (20 m)[7] to 90 feet (27 m).[8] In a December 2012 report, journalist David Axe stated that "20 or so" RQ-170s had been built.[1] The "RQ" designation indicates that the RQ-170 Sentinel does not carry weapons.[9] Aviation Week's David A. Fulghum believes that the UAV is probably a "tactical, operations-oriented platform and not a strategic intelligence-gathering design".[7] The USAF confirmed the "grainy photos of a gray, flying-wing-typed unmanned airplane near Kandahar Airfield."[10] Since then, this aircraft has been known as "The Beast of Kandahar" in relation to the discussion of the RQ-170 Sentinel on 4 December 2009.[7][11] A USAF colonel subsequently commented that RQ-170 is separate from the MQ-X program, which has yet to determine stealth or powerplant requirements, and thus the Sentinel will not replace the MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper drones.[12] As of May 2011, the U.S. military had not released any statements concerning the Sentinel since December 2009.[13] The RQ-170 is a flying wing design containing a single (as yet classified) engine and is estimated by Aviation Week as being approximately 66 feet (20 m) in wingspan.[14] Its takeoff weight is estimated as being greater than the RQ-3 DarkStar's, which was 8,500 pounds (3,900 kg). The design lacks several elements common to stealth engineering, namely notched landing gear doors and sharp leading edges. It has a curved wing planform, and the exhaust is not shielded by the wing.[14] Aviation Week postulates that these elements suggest the designers have avoided 'highly sensitive technologies' due to the near certainty of eventual operational loss inherent with a single engine design and a desire to avoid the risk of compromising leading edge technology.[14] The publication also suggests that the medium-grey color implies a mid-altitude ceiling, unlikely to exceed 50,000 feet (15,000 m) since a higher ceiling would normally be painted darker for best concealment.[14] The postulated weight and ceiling parameters suggests the possible use of a General Electric TF34 engine, or a variant, in the airframe.[14] On the basis of the few publicly available photographs of the RQ-170, aviation expert Bill Sweetman has assessed that the UAV is equipped with an electro-optical/infrared sensor and possibly an Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar mounted in its belly fairing. He has also speculated that the two undercarriage fairings over the UAV's wings may house datalinks and that the belly fairing could be designed for modular payloads, allowing the UAV to be used for strike missions and/or electronic warfare.[15] The New York Times has reported that the RQ-170 is "almost certainly" equipped with communications intercept equipment as well as highly sensitive sensors capable of detecting very small amounts of radioactive isotopes and chemicals which may indicate the existence of nuclear weapons facilities.[16] Text Wikipedia
